Refund policy
CUSTOM DESIGN DEPOSIT & ORDERS
All custom and personalized products require a non-refundable design deposit at checkout. This deposit covers our time to create 2 unique mockup design options and up to 3 revisions on 1 chosen design.
PERSONALIZATION INFO
We collect your customization details either:
1. At checkout through our product personalization form, OR
2. By email within 1 business day of your order if additional details are needed.
Mockup work begins within 2-3 business days after we have all required personalization info. If we do not receive a response to our info request within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit as a design fee.
By purchasing a design deposit, you acknowledge and agree that it is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect/incomplete info provided, or choosing not to proceed with the final product. The deposit amount will be applied to your final product balance.
FINAL CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom-designed items once production has started. This includes, but is not limited to: first/last day of school signs, invitations, backdrop signs, chip bags, banners, cake toppers, name signs, and any other personalized product.
If your custom item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. You may choose either:
1. A free remake of the same item, or
2. A full refund for that item
NON-CUSTOM / READY-TO-SHIP PRODUCTS
For the rare items we sell that are not customized, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
To return:
1. Email us at littlepinkflydesigns@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
2. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Please include your order number on a note inside the package. Items returned without an order number cannot be processed.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
CANCELLATIONS
Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once mockup work has begun. If you request cancellation before we start designing, email us immediately. We may refund the deposit at our discretion, minus a $10 admin fee.
