Terms of service

DESIGN PROCESS & APPROVALS
1. We require complete personalization details to begin design work. This info is either collected at checkout via our product form, or requested by email after purchase. If additional info is needed after checkout, we will contact you within 1 business day. Please reply within 7 days to avoid delays. We cannot start mockups until we have all required details.
2. You will receive 2 initial mockup options. You may choose 1 design and request up to 3 rounds of changes. Additional revisions beyond 3 will be billed at $15/hour.
3. Once you reply “Approved” via email or text, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance. Production begins only after the balance is paid in full.
4. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days after balance payment, unless otherwise stated. Rush service is available for an added fee.
5. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and material differences. We are not responsible for minor color variation.
6. You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and names before approving. We are not liable for errors approved by you.

PROOFS
Digital proofs are for approval only. You may not use mockups or proofs for any purpose unless you pay the full balance and receive the final files/product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs created by us remain our property until full payment is received. You are purchasing a physical product or license for personal use, not the design rights.
